Tubular microfiltration membrane equipment is a highly efficient water purification equipment. The microporous filter membrane made of ultra-high molecular polymer or ceramic can effectively separate impurities in the raw water to achieve water purification. As the filtration time increases, the particles are trapped on the membrane surface or in the membrane pores to form a layer of filter cake. In order to maintain a certain flow rate, the driving pressure must be increased. However, when the pressure increases to a certain value, the retention layer on the membrane must be backwashed to remove the filter cake on the membrane and restore the capacity of the filter membrane. This backwashing operation is very convenient and can be completed by simply adjusting the operation button on the equipment. Moreover, the operating cost of the equipment is low because the service life of the tubular microfiltration membrane is long and maintenance is relatively simple.
