JMFILTEC Production Department, Mindong Xiapu - Fuding Group Construction Activity

To enrich employees' cultural life, enhance team cohesion and collaboration in the production department, and alleviate work pressure on frontline staff, Jianmo Technology organized a ‑three-day team-building trip to Xiapu and Fuding in eastern Fujian. Participants temporarily left the workshop and production line, heading to a secluded coastal paradise in eastern Fujian to see the mudflats and seascapes, climb island meadows, and hike the magnificent Taimu Mountain. Relaxing amidst the mountains and sea, they strengthened team cohesion.

DAY 1: Riding the waves and encountering the coastal scenery

Leaving behind the roar of the factory machines, everyone headed to the eastern coast of Fujian. Driving along the Donghai No. 1 sightseeing highway, the sea breeze carrying the scent of the ocean rushed towards them. Strolling along the beach, they watched the ebb and flow of the tides; exploring the coastal landforms of Xiawei Island, where strange rocks collide with the waves to create magnificent scenery. Along the way, they chatted and laughed, having a team meal and reminiscing about their daily lives. Colleagues who work meticulously together at work now stood side-by-side watching the sea, letting go of their tension amidst the mountain and sea scenery. The distance between them quietly shortened between the waves and their joyful laughter.

DAY 2: Cultural Empathy, Deepening Connections

Take a boat trip to Yushan Island and encounter the unique scenery of the " Southern Tianshan Mountains " . Ten thousand acres of grassland stretch across the island, and the Big and Small Tianhu Lakes lie quietly in the mountains. Climb to a high point and enjoy a panoramic view of the mountains and the sea.

Nestled among the stone houses and rocks of Yujing Village, the group strolled and chatted, soaking in the unique atmosphere of the fishing village. Without targets or production schedules, they relaxed and interacted, discovering each other's vibrant personalities outside of work during this slow-paced journey.

DAY 3: Together we go, and we return with a full harvest

Stepping into the 5A-rated Taimu Mountain, one is greeted by towering peaks and secluded valleys sculpted by granite formed over millions of years. Traversing narrow gorges and interconnected caves, the enjoyable hike is filled with mutual reminders and support. Some lend a helping hand, while others wait for their companions. The mountain path itself is a testament to the team's mutual support. The uniquely shaped rocks, leaning against each other, form the majestic mountains, much like our team: each person fulfills their role, working together with one heart and one mind to overcome challenges.

The return bus was still filled with laughter and joy. This trip to the mountains and seas of eastern Fujian has come to an end, but the team cohesion fostered during the trip has only just begun. Back at their production posts, everyone will carry the tacit understanding and enthusiasm gained during the journey, strictly adhere to quality control, ensure delivery, and transform the strength of working together into the driving force for practical progress. With concerted efforts and hard work, they will set sail together for the next leg of their journey across the mountains and seas!
