Emergency Water Treatment Equipment

4.2 m³/hr Column Membrane Equipment

This Column Membrane Equipment is a small-scale emergency drinking water and seawater desalination equipment, it is specifically designed for scenarios such as single-village drinking water needs and island stays. It is adaptable to both seawater and surface water sources, and can quickly treat high-salinity seawater and turbid surface water into safe drinking water sources that meet national drinking water standards. Compact and easily portable, it requires no complex installation or debugging and can be put into use immediately upon startup, effectively solving the problem of drinking water shortages in emergency scenarios.

The core processing unit of the Column Membrane Equipment uses a single 21m² silicon carbide ceramic core-column membrane. This membrane module is manufactured using a recrystallization high-temperature sintering process. The porous support layer, transition layer, and membrane layer are all made of 100% pure silicon carbide. Its core-column structure design balances filtration efficiency and structural stability, ensuring the core guarantee for the equipment's high-efficiency purification. With optimized membrane area and flux design, the equipment has a rated processing capacity of 4.2 m³/h, meaning it can convert 4.2 cubic meters of seawater or surface water into safe drinking water per hour. This can meet the emergency drinking water needs of dozens to hundreds of people and is suitable for small-batch, high-efficiency water supply scenarios.

This silicon carbide ceramic core membrane, with a porosity exceeding 48%, achieves high-flux, low-energy treatment. Compared to traditional organic membranes, it boasts higher mechanical strength, wear resistance, and stronger anti-fouling capabilities. It is also easier to clean, can quickly recover its initial flux under any conditions, and has a service life far exceeding conventional membrane modules, making it suitable for continuous and stable operation in emergency scenarios. Simultaneously, the equipment integrates pretreatment, membrane separation, and disinfection into a single process. The pretreatment unit removes large particulate impurities from the raw water, preventing membrane module clogging and further improving operational stability. The disinfection unit uses physical disinfection methods to ensure no harmful residues in the effluent, balancing safety and practicality.

The equipment features a modular design, is compact and lightweight, and can be flexibly moved by vehicle or manual transport, making it suitable for scenarios without fixed water supply facilities, such as in the wild, on islands, and disaster areas. The operation process is simple and easy to understand, equipped with an intelligent control system that can monitor key parameters such as treatment capacity and membrane operating status in real time. No professional technicians are required to be on-site, significantly reducing the difficulty of operation in emergency scenarios. In addition, the equipment has low energy consumption and can be adapted to various power supply methods such as mains power and generators, further enhancing its emergency adaptability and providing a stable, safe, and efficient drinking water solution for various eme
